Held as close as possible to Valentine’s Day and named after a sailor’s sweetheart (a Schooner), the Sweetheart races are held alongside the Classic races. Unfortunately, there are not too many Schooners or classic boats around these days so, this regatta is also open to all comers, classics, multi-hulls or monohulls.

Different races include, Sweetheart’s race (two handed), Single’s race (exactly what it says) and the Family (crewed), race. Always a fun couple of days racing with prize giving, partying at Omar’s Fusion Restaurant.
